Seriously superior composition and shutter selection. This image deserves to be truly seen in all it's glory.

I would take out the vignette all together......

I would selectively increase exposure (dodge) the green grass/moss areas of the hillside.... increase contrast between the sky elements (Dark clouds vs lighter areas), reduce saturation on water fall areas making those areas more white vice off white...

I would then finally dodge the hill reflection in the water to bring out the detils and bring out some of that green in the water reflection...

then do some clarify (Unsharp Mask) or other sharpening tool to finale....

Listen, this is a winning image.... sounds like a lot here but it is not...... this deserves some extra care!
